My Direct contributions
I was involved in the entire journey of this project starting from understanding, Information architecture, Empathising, Defining, Ideating, wireframing, prototyping, validating, and front-end development.
It was a large project that I worked on during my career where I wore many hats and delivered well.
Design process and rationale
When I designed TMS, I wanted something natural and intuitive, that should make the transition to a new way of working for language professionals.
Ease of use & beautiful design: I followed the “Design Thinking” approach that consists of all five basic phases. Interface and Interaction are designed keeping in mind simple projects as well as managing even the most complex project scenarios. That was all to make the project manager’s day-to-day work easy. Intuitive, clean, and easy-to-learn design helps them naturally integrate TMS into their workflows.
I redefined the idea of Translator Portal to streamline the ease of use for busy freelance language professionals.
We added various advantages to the application where I was designing portals for clients so that they can feel their data and everything is in their control. We made fast and easy communication with greater transparency of processes.
