iCNamian* is a web-based Portal for the life-cycle of an employee including their profile information, Leave and Attendance, Employee Database, Travel and Expense Management, SOW (Statement of Work) management, Team Assignments, Organisational Announcements, Newsletters, Communications, and Multiple request and workflows creations. It is connected with the CName* existing SAP system.

Project scope
iCNamian* was required to design a Centralised Platform for CName’s and their ventures’ employees. There were multiple Applications already built and were required to be accessible through this platform. All interface and interaction is Role/Level Based and has complete control over their operation for themselves and for their team members.
Applications are required to design a Respective Interaction experience for the below types of users:
Common Users Interface: Dashboard design for the users who are having the basic privilege to access the application that includes marking their attendance, creating leave requests, claiming expenses, and managing their profiles with edits or updates.
Project Managers Interface: The user persona who are having basic plus PMs interface access where they manage operation parts Like creating SOWs for Vendors, Approve Leaves and Vendor Invoices, and involved in various actionable items with report generation and Project Monitoring.
Delivery Managers: Apart from common user access there are separate interfaces and interactions for Delivery managers with certain defined workflows like reviewing and passing the SOW or invoice to the approving authority.
Approving Authority: Separate interaction interface and Dashboard for approving authority with mainly actionable items where they can review key details and approve the request.
Procurement managers: Specific Dashboard and interactive Design for procurements manager to handle operations with vendors management and procurements managements.
